Service Description

Knowing your starting point is critical to finding your destination. Taking measurements of blood pressure, heartrate, bodyfat, submaximal Vo2 rate, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility are all helpful in giving a clear picture of your physical health. We recommend assessments at the beginning of any program and rechecking every 8 to 10 weeks. Accurate information and data is a critical tool.
